Dr Ankur Bhatnagar

We would like to welcome Dr Ankur to the Broadbeach Medical Centre team.
Dr Ankur moved to the Gold Coast from New Zealand in 2006 commencing his Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science at Griffith University. In 2010 he commenced his medical training at Deakin University, Victoria. In 2014 he concluded his clinical training at Geelong Hospital in Regional Victoria.
In 2015 he returned to the Gold Coast, Queensland, commencing his internship at the Gold Coast University Hospital. In 2018, whilst doing his residency, he concluded the Diploma of Child Health (DCH) at the University of Sydney.
After concluding his resident years at the Gold Coast University Hospital he worked as a General Practice Registrar in the Darling Downs and Tamborine Mountain regions of Queensland.
Outside of medicine Dr Ankur enjoys health/fitness, cricket, collecting vinyl records and automotive engineering.
Dr Ankur has a special interest in General Medicine and Chronic Disease
